Hoshitori Results for Kyushu 2007, Day 8We had even more ginboshi extra points than on shonichi as popular
selection Ama beat the yokozuna with Tokitenku and Dejima downing
an ozeki, resulting in more than 16 extra points on average.
The average scoring wasn't that good though with only 54 points.
Dimitri had 65 points, just enough to join Hakaso for a share of
first place, ten points ahead of Taka who moved up with 75 points.
Susanoo had the best score of the day with 94 points, making a big
move upwards to 8-7. Kitanoedo of course stays in the shukun-sho
lead, scoring 29 more extra points and moving up to 11-4. Jejima
was at 0-15 a few days ago, but 38 extra points today helped him
back to 5-10, only 21 points below the KK line.
